Once in a while something comes along that changes the Course of History.  The Magna Carta, the 95 Theses, and the Declaration of Independence, for example.  These documents have had a Profound Effect on the development of Human Civilization.

Now comes the Proclamation of the Proto Criteria.

Second: please forward this letter to every Republican in every State you know.  For obvious reasons, leave your Democrat friends and family members out of it.  If you could use your personal messaging function on Facebook instead of posting it on your wall, perhaps we can stay underneath the radar of Left-Winged biased Google and Facebook censoring algorithms.  This is a “Republicans Only” Grass-Roots Movement.
