A Formal Proclamation of the Proto Criteria – The Unalienable Rights of Mankind
On July 4, 1776, Representatives of the newly formed United States of America issued a Formal Declaration to the World-at-Large announcing their Independence from the Authority of the King of England.
To justify their Actions they submitted the following paragraph written by Thomas Jefferson:
“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles…” The U.S. Declaration of Independence
The Proto Criteria are the Three Unalienable Rights identified by Thomas Jefferson in the U. S. Declaration of Independence. They are the Fundamental Elements required to legitimately establish any form of Government upon the face of the Earth. As Jefferson indicated, it is to secure these Rights [that] Governments are instituted among Men. Without an acknowledgment of the Proto Criteria, no Government has the right or reason to exist – and it is the People who have the right to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles.
Since the Security of the Proto Criteria has been established by the Declaration of Independence as the Justification and Purpose of Government, it is only Prudent that the Proto Criteria should once and for all be Officially Expressed and Formally Canonized.
Therefore, without further ado, here is the Official and Formal Proclamation of the Proto Criteria:

The UNALIENABLE RIGHTS of MANKIND
The Declaration of Humanity
A Human Being is that Entity at any stage of Biological development Commencing with the Fertilization of the Human Egg by the Human Sperm. And also, a Human Being is that Entity at any stage of Biological development resulting from Technology, such as Cloning or any other form of Genetic Engineering utilizing a Majority of Human Tissue.
The Right to Life
A Human Being shall have the Right to be Alive and Cultivate the Life which they’ve been given, from either the time of their Conception or the point of their Creation, Except when that Human Being has been found Guilty of Murdering another Human Being by the Due Process of Law.
The Right to Liberty
A Human Being shall have the Right to Do everything that is Just and Believe everything that is True, so long as they Revere the Right to Life. A Human Being shall Not be made to Tolerate the Suppression of Truth, nor be forced to Commit an Injustice.
Addendum
Regarding Obligations:
A Human Being shall have the Right to Keep and Personally Benefit from the Fruits of their Own Labor, so long as they Revere the Right to Life. A Human Being shall not be Forced by any Governing Body to Financially Support People over which they have no Direct Control; the Reverently Acquired Wealth and Property of a Human Being shall Not be Confiscated by anyone for Redistribution to others.
Regarding Dependencies:
A Human Being shall Not be forced or coerced to Enroll in a Program of Dependency; they shall not be made to Rely on the Government for their Food, Shelter, Healthcare, or Finances as a Pet relies on their Master. The Wealth a Human Being personally and Reverently generates shall Not be Confiscated to fund Programs of Dependency.
Regarding Regulations:
A Human Being shall not be Forced to obey Laws which have nothing to do with the Security of the Proto Criteria, their Unalienable Rights. Every Law must Protect the Unalienable Rights of Mankind without Violating the Unalienable Rights of Mankind. The Unalienable Right to Liberty is not to be Violated for the sake of a Fallacy.
The Right to Pursue Happiness
A Human Being shall have the Right to Work Toward a Subjective Goal, so long as they Respect the Right of Liberty, so long as they Revere the Right to Life. A Human Being shall Not be made to Underachieve or Transgress their own Conscience, Nor shall They be forced to put aside Confidence in their own Abilities or coerced to Corrupt Themselves according to their Faith.
These are the Proto Criteria, the Sacred and Unalienable Rights of every Human Being, the Gift of Nature and Nature’s God to all Mankind. They are the Fundamental Elements required to establish Governments among Men, and their Universal Acknowledgement is the only legitimate and practical means to bring about Justice, Equality, and Liberty for the entire Human Race. Without the Proto Criteria, none of these things will ever truly exist, for Morality and Discernment would be Arbitrary, Random, Mutable, and Chaotic. They are Windows to the Soul, and depraved and malicious minds can never accept them. Therefore, let every person of every race and every nation, of every language and every culture, proclaim these Glad Tidings throughout all the Earth that all the people in the world may come together and walk in the Light of Freedom.
The Proto Criteria are the Great Light by which the actions (past, present, and future) of every Government and Government Official will be Illuminated and Audited. When Governments and Government Officials are revealed to be destructive toward the Proto Criteria, it is the Right and the Duty of the People to Categorically Reject and Remove them. In other words, if any Law, Bill, Judicial Ruling, etc., is demonstrated to be in Violation of the Proto Criteria, it can and will be Immediately Nullified. The Right of the People to provide for the Security of their Proto Criterian Rights shall not be infringed.
“But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.” The U.S. Declaration of Independence
The Proto Criteria are not the property of any Government or Nation, they have existed since the Dawn of Time, long before the establishment of Human Systems of Authority; they are not the product of any legislation or the result of a popular consensus.
The Proto Criteria are Eternal and Unalienable; they can neither be granted nor revoked by any one or any group of human beings, except the Self. Only the Individual can personally Forfeit their Proto Criterian Rights by rejecting and violating the Proto Criterian Rights of others. Whosoever will not Uphold the Proto Criteria, will not be Upheld by the Proto Criteria.
As previously stated, the Universal Acknowledgement of the Proto Criteria is the only legitimate and practical means to bring about Justice, Equality, and Liberty for the entire Human Race. However, with or without the Acknowledgement of our Government Officials, by the Power and the Authority of the 9th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, we hold the Proto Criteria as the Sacred Possessions of not only ourselves, but of every person in the world, born or unborn.
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” Amendment 9 – U.S. Constitution
Furthermore, by virtue of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, we know that any laws instituted by our Government Officials are far beyond the scope of their authority when they specifically infringe upon the Proto Criteria.
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Amendment 14, Paragraph 1 – U.S. Constitution
The Institution of any Laws contrary to the Proto Criteria are automatically Invalid, and the Officials who sponsor or confirm them need to recant or be removed from office, whether they are members of the Executive, Congressional, or Judicial branches of Government.
The Proto Criteria are the Supreme Rights, the Preeminent Rights; there are no rights which have precedence over them – there are no rights that can exist without them. All Human Rights are Hierarchical, and the Proto Criteria are the Top of the Hierarchy. All other rights, if they truly exist, will be naturally generated and qualified by the Proto Criteria, otherwise, they aren’t really rights at all.
The Proto Criteria generate Secondary Rights, and Secondary Rights generate Tertiary Rights. Tertiary Rights are qualified by Secondary Rights, and Secondary Rights are qualified by the Proto Criteria. In other words, Tertiary Rights are lower than Secondary Rights, and Secondary Rights are lower than the Proto Criteria. The Proto Criteria are also Hierarchical in and of themselves; the Third Criterion is qualified by the Second Criterion, the Second Criterion is qualified by the First Criterion (the Right to Life), and the First Criterion is the Proto Criterion, the Granddaddy and the Foundation of them all.
No Right can usurp or override the Proto Criterion, neither the Second Criterion nor the Third. No Secondary Right can usurp or override any of the Proto Criteria. No Tertiary Right can usurp or override a Secondary Right. This is how the Proto Criteria are to be used to establish and verify the Rights of Human Beings.
